The ultimate celebration setup for little ones! Our Teeny Party Package combines our Cloud play setup with our stunning white bounce castle, creating the perfect space for little guests to explore, play and make memories.
Required space:
Our soft play and bounce castle package requires a large, clear, level area with at least 2m of clearance around the equipment for safe access and use.
Please ensure your chosen space is large enough to comfortably accommodate both setups and the required clearance. Teenylands reserves the right to decline setup if the available space is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

Age restrictions: Strictly 5 years & under only.
Refundable Bond:
To ensure the care, safety, and protection of our equipment, a $120 refundable bond is required for all bookings. This will be added at checkout.
The bond is not a hire fee and will be fully refunded once all equipment has been collected, inspected, and confirmed to have been returned in the same condition it was provided.
Any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required may result in the bond being fully forfeited.
The security bond may be used to cover:
Damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear.
Missing or lost items.
Excessive cleaning required after the event.
Breaches of our hire terms that result in repair or replacement costs.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep our equipment in beautiful condition for every little celebration.
Set up & pack down time required: 1-2 hours before event start time.
Weather policy:
An indoor backup venue is strongly recommended for all outdoor bookings.
For outdoor bookings, a suitable indoor backup location must be available in case of rain, strong winds, or unsafe weather. Teenylands has the final say on whether equipment can be safely set up outdoors.
If the weather is deemed unsafe and no suitable indoor backup is available, the booking will be cancelled and no refund will be provided.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate rescheduling where possible. As our equipment is reserved exclusively for your event, the following cancellation policy applies:
1–3 days before your event: No refunds or rescheduling permitted.
3–7 days before your event: No refunds, however you may reschedule your booking to another available date.
7–28 days before your event: You may receive a 50% refund of your deposit, or reschedule to another available date.
More than 28 days before your event: You are eligible for a full refund of your deposit, or may reschedule to another available date.
Rescheduled bookings are subject to availability and may only be rescheduled once.We appreciate your understanding and will always do our best to work with you where possible.
Set up location: Whilst suitable for both indoor or outdoor use. It must be on a flat, level surface only. Outdoor must be grass only. Adequate shade is recommended, as the equipment can become very hot when exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods.

Absolutely. All of our soft play equipment, bounce castles, and accessories are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before every hire to ensure a safe play environment.

Our packages are perfect for birthdays, baby showers, weddings, christenings, family gatherings, school events, daycare events, community events, and corporate family days.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and holiday periods, as availability can fill up quickly.
