Cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate rescheduling where possible. As our equipment is reserved exclusively for your event, the following cancellation policy applies:

• 1–3 days before your event: No refunds or rescheduling permitted.
• 3–7 days before your event: No refunds, however you may reschedule your booking to another available date.
• 7–28 days before your event: You may receive a 50% refund of your deposit or reschedule to another available date.
• More than 28 days before your event: You are eligible for a full refund of your deposit or may reschedule to another available date.

Rescheduled bookings are subject to availability and may only be rescheduled once.
