Weather policy
For all outdoor bookings, you must have a suitable indoor backup venue available in the event of rain, strong winds, or any weather conditions deemed unsafe for setup.
The final decision on whether equipment can be safely installed outdoors rests with Teenylands. If the weather is unsuitable, we will require the booking to be moved to the nominated indoor backup location.
If a suitable indoor backup location cannot be secured, the event will be cancelled. As we are unable to operate safely in hazardous weather conditions, no refund will be available in these circumstances. Safety remains our highest priority.
