Delivery Areas

We deliver to selected locations within our service area. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, please contact us before making a booking.

Delivery Times

Delivery and collection times will be arranged with you before your event. We do our best to arrive on time and ensure everything is safely set up before your celebration begins.

Setup

Our team will professionally set up all equipment and ensure it is ready for use. Please make sure the setup area is clean, level, and easily accessible before we arrive.

Collection

Once your event has finished, our team will return at the agreed time to collect all hired equipment.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a safe and smooth service, customers are responsible for:

• Providing clear access to the setup area.
• Ensuring an adult is present during delivery and collection.
• Supervising children while using the equipment.
• Keeping the equipment free from food, drinks, pets, and sharp objects.

Weather Policy

For outdoor bookings, safety is our priority. If severe weather such as heavy rain or strong winds is forecast, we may recommend moving the setup indoors or rescheduling your booking where possible.
